Hybridization intensities from Affymetrix Mouse GeneChip 430 2.0 3' expression microarrays were processed and combined through a modular software pipeline to produce gene level-summarized, replicate-combined, annotated expression intensities. For more details, please refer to the Protocols section under the Genomics tab.

The log2 intensities for representative probesets for all 21,509 genes across all 171 conditions, with additional annotation information about each gene, are available for download as a Zip-compressed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
